Do you offer nationwide shipping, and how does the delivery process work?

Yes, we offer safe and stress-free nationwide shipping options for our Purebred German Rottweiler puppies. If you’re unable to pick up your puppy in person, we partner with trusted pet transport services that provide climate-controlled, direct flights with dedicated handlers. Alternatively, we can arrange ground transportation for shorter distances. Before shipping, we ensure your puppy has a recent health check and meets all airline requirements. You’ll receive real-time updates, including flight details and tracking information, so you know exactly when your puppy will arrive. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we’ll work with you to choose the most convenient and secure option.

What is your shipping process, and how do you ensure my puppy's safety during transit?

We use AAT-approved, climate-controlled ground and air transport services with extensive experience in live animal shipping. Puppies travel in secure, airline-approved kennels with absorbent bedding, chew-proof water dispensers, and proper ventilation. For air transport, we book non-stop flights whenever possible and avoid extreme temperature days. Each puppy receives a pre-shipment health exam within 24 hours of travel, and we provide a travel kit with food, health records, and care instructions attached to the kennel. You’ll receive real-time tracking updates and the handler’s contact information for complete peace of mind.

How does the online reservation process work for your Pedigree GSP puppies?

Our online reservation process is designed to be simple and transparent. First, browse our available puppies or upcoming litters on our website, where you'll find photos, videos, and detailed profiles of each puppy. When you find a puppy you're interested in, complete our online application form to ensure you're a good match. Once approved, you can place a deposit through our secure payment system to reserve your puppy. We'll then send you a purchase agreement outlining the terms, health guarantee, and next steps. Throughout the process, you'll receive regular updates about your puppy's growth and development until they're ready to come home.

What is your deposit refund policy?

 All deposits are refundable, however can be transferred to another available puppy within 12 months if you need to change your selection. The deposit secures your puppy and covers our costs of holding them while we turn away other potential buyers. If we cannot provide the puppy you reserved (due to health issues or other unforeseen circumstances on our end), your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to another litter of equal value.

Can I visit your facility to meet the puppies before making a decision?

Absolutely! We encourage prospective families to schedule a visit to meet our Purebred German Rottweiler puppies and their parents in person. This allows you to see their living conditions, temperament, and socialization firsthand. Visits are by appointment only to ensure we can give you our full attention and maintain a clean, calm environment for the puppies. If you’re unable to visit, we’re happy to provide photos, videos, and detailed updates about your chosen puppy’s personality and development. Transparency is important to us, and we want you to feel completely confident in your decision.

For local buyers within a 3-5 hour drive, we offer free, stress-free delivery,  our team will personally bring your puppy to your doorstep, ensuring a smooth transition.

For out-of-state buyers, we partner with trusted, professional pet transport agencies specializing in same-day and overnight delivery. Your puppy will travel safely in climate-controlled, USDA approved transport, with constant updates provided along the way.

We prioritize safety, comfort, and minimal travel time, so your new Rottweiler arrives happy, healthy, and ready to join your family!

How long does it take for my puppy to arrive after purchase?

The delivery timeline typically depends on the transport company’s availability and your location. Generally, puppies are delivered within a few days to a week after finalizing the adoption process. We will keep you updated on the estimated delivery date and notify you of any changes.
