Return & Refund Policy

We want every puppy to join a home where they are truly wanted, loved, and well-prepared for the responsibility of ownership. Because our puppies receive extensive care, nutrition, vet checks, and socialization from birth, we have clear policies in place to protect their wellbeing and ensure fairness to all clients.

Secure Deposits

All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable. Deposits allow us to hold your chosen puppy exclusively for you and remove them from all public listings. This ensures no other family can reserve the same puppy while you finalize arrangements.

Balance Payments

Once the final balance has been paid, the puppy is officially marked as sold and prepared for travel or pickup. Balance payments are non-refundable unless covered under our Health Guarantee.

Return of a Puppy

If you are unable to keep your puppy at any stage of their life, we require that the puppy be returned to us. This ensures the dog never enters a shelter, rehoming program, or unsafe environment.
Please note: Returning a puppy or adult dog does not qualify for a refund. This policy exists solely for the dog’s long-term safety and welfare.

Refunds Due to Health Concerns

We stand behind the health of our puppies. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a hereditary or congenital condition within the timeframe outlined in our Health Guarantee, you may qualify for either:
• A replacement puppy from the next available litter, or
• A partial refund as specified in the Health Guarantee.
Refunds under this clause apply only when all required veterinary documentation is provided.

Cancellations

Once a puppy has been reserved in your name and removed from our availability list, cancellations do not qualify for refunds. Our time, veterinary care, and resources continue regardless of an owner’s change in plans.

Delivery & Travel Refunds

If you schedule delivery and cancel the appointment after travel arrangements have been made, any delivery-related costs already paid (fuel, airline fees, courier charges, etc.) are non-refundable.
