Ground Delivery (Two States Over)

For families within driving distance, ground delivery is often the easiest and most stress-free option. We use licensed, experienced pet transporters who specialize in young puppies.
Your puppy travels in a temperature-controlled vehicle with routine comfort stops for water, bathroom breaks, and a chance to stretch. Transporters keep your puppy secure in a clean crate, and every ride is monitored to maintain safety throughout the trip.

Ground delivery typically takes one to three days, depending on your location. You’ll receive updates and estimated arrival times so you can plan your puppy’s homecoming.

Air Travel (Flight Nanny Services)

For families farther away or those who prefer faster travel, we offer air transport via professional flight nannies.
A flight nanny accompanies your puppy in the cabin from departure to arrival never in cargo. Your puppy receives one-on-one handling the entire way, from check-in to delivery into your arms at the arrival airport.

Flights are arranged based on airline availability, weather conditions, and the puppy’s age. We prioritize smooth travel with the fewest possible layovers. Most puppies can fly once they reach eight weeks and receive their first round of vaccinations.

Local Pickup

Families who prefer to pick up their puppy in person are always welcome. Pickup gives you a chance to meet us, see where your puppy was raised, and ask any last-minute questions before heading home.
We schedule pickup appointments so every family has dedicated time, and we prepare everything you need vaccination records, feeding instructions, and any travel recommendations for your drive home.

If you plan to pick up your puppy, please bring a secure travel crate or soft carrier, as well as a blanket or towel for comfort.

Preparing for Transport

Your puppy will always travel with:

• A current health record from our licensed veterinarian
• Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming
• A light meal before departure to prevent motion sickness
• A familiar-scented blanket to help your puppy settle during travel

We coordinate timing to reduce long waits, limit stress, and keep your puppy’s schedule predictable. Weather conditions, airline policies, and puppy age may influence transport availability.

Shipping costs vary depending on distance, delivery method, and seasonal availability. We’ll provide a clear quote before confirming your reservation. Once the deposit is placed and the delivery method is chosen, we schedule your puppy’s travel and keep you updated throughout the process.
